Vertiko Mobility's approach is profoundly innovative and different from other international vertiport network development companies. We firmly believe that real estate developers have a vested interest in retaining ownership of their rooftops in order to maximize the economic value and attraction benefits across their real estate developments.
Forget the old business models of single airports for communities. Multiple vertiports will emerge in every major city in the world and complex networks to adjacent regions. Private enterprise must remain at the heart of these operations to keep them as dynamic and progressive as possible.
Real estate owners have a great opportunity to attract eVTOL fleet operators and eventually private owners. The infrastructures are designed to offer a high level of security and the most pleasant experience possible for the passengers who use them. New services, new ways of doing business and new business opportunities will develop around the vertiports. The need for conference rooms and coworking spaces will explode.
Vertiko is working with Access Skyways, a subsidiary of Jaunt Air Mobility, to design the architecture of these facilities. A specific study will be conducted for each selected project, in collaboration with the developers' architects.
Vertiko guarantees safe operations during the arrival and departure of aircraft as well as during the embarkation and disembarkation of passengers.
Operations are supported by an innovative, state-of-the-art reservation system that puts the right vehicle at the right place at the right time. No scheduling. The customer is king. He schedules a trip date and time and the system automatically offers other customers the opportunity to share the specific trip to reduce costs per occupant.
The development of operations is done in collaboration with Canadian regulatory authorities.
